About Aurora

Aurora Tang is an independent curator and researcher based in Los Angeles. Since 2009 she has been a program manager at The Center for Land Use Interpretation, a non-profit education and research organization dedicated to the increase and diffusion of knowledge about how our nation's lands are apportioned, utilized, and perceived. From 2011–2015 she was managing director of High Desert Test Sites. She currently teaches at Otis College of Art and Design, and is faculty at the Southland Institute. She is on the Council of Common Field.
