Jessica Sucher joined BRIC in Fall 2016, as the Manager of Community Engagement. In this newly created position, Jessica is deepening partnerships with neighborhood organizations and residents to facilitate arts-based community action and dialog. Prior to her work at BRIC, Jessica has curated and produced public exhibitions and programs for arts non-profits including The Crucible in Oakland, and Creative Time, Performa, Lower Manhattan Cultural Council and the Museum of Arts and Design in New York City. Most recently, she managed the design and development of an on-line media education platform for the Jacob Burns Film Center in Pleasantville NY. Jessica is also an exhibiting artist, working in collaboration with photographer Sasha Bezzubov. Sucher holds a BA in Religious Studies from Brown University, and MA in Visual Arts Administration from NYU.
